Pork and Apple (450g)
Another great traditional sausage, mixing our plain sausage mix with cubes of dried apple filled with a slight sweetness. These sausages aren’t too sweet, there is just a hint which makes these sausages great for any occasion. They are fantastic in a sausage rolls or made into patties for pork and apple burgers.
Allergens Contains gluten, wheat and sulphites. Ingredients: Min 75% pork, rusk, water, dried apple, Seasoning: Preservatives E221, Disphosphate E450, Yeast Extract, Spice, Natural Flavouring, Antioxidant E300, Spice Extracts. All our pork sausages are made with British pork shoulder and are made and packaged in our Monkridge factory. Our sausages have a 75% plus meat content and are made with natural skins.

Preparation and storage Wash hands, surfaces and utensils thoroughly after handling raw product and ensure product is cooked thoroughly. Can be grilled, pan fried or oven cooked. We find that our sausages do not run any extra fat so if frying or grilling we recommend using a little butter. To oven cook place in a pre-heated oven for around 30 minutes until the skin is crispy and the sausage is cooked right through at 200 degrees. Keep product refrigerated and use before the use by date on front of the pack. Once opened consume within two days. Suitable for freezing for six months, defrost fully before cooking and do not refreeze.
